Cafecito & Conversation

I'm a language learner myself; I took French for 10 years and, at one point, I was actually good. While I can still understand, I've gone back to being afraid of speaking. That's the thing. When I was at my best, when I actually spoke it, it was because I was in a context where we only spoke French and where the teacher or professor made me feel comfortable enough to make mistakes. After all, that was the only way to learn: to take the leap and try.
That's what this space intends to do. Give the advanced learner, the one who already reads and writes, but is afraid to speak or needs practice, the space to do so. This isn't meant as a teaching space, but as a conversation “over coffee" to help you get the skills you already have in English or Spanish out in the open.
No judgement. No fear.
Virtual cafecito
Making use of technology, we can have our “cafecito" remotely. Or, perhaps, it can be wine or tea. Get into some comfy clothes, or a professional suit (whatever makes you feel the part and comfortable), and let's have a chat!
